THAILAND
Thailand, officially the Kingdom of Thailand, is a country in Southeast Asia with coasts on the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand. It borders Myanmar (Burma) to the northwest, Laos to the northeast, Cambodia to the southeast and Malaysia to the south.

Bangkok

Phuket
Phuket City, on Phuket island is the capital of Thailand’s Phuket province, located in Southern Thailand and sits on the Andaman sea, it is a one-hour and thirty minutes flight from Bangkok. It is among the world’s finest beach destinations, with fine white sands, nodding palm trees, glittering seas, and lively towns. Hundreds of thousands of visitors flock to this island as it has something for a wide array of tastes and budgets, with hundreds of luxury to budget resorts and hotels to choose from; an eclectic choice of dining, and plenty of partying options. Phuket is blessed with more than 30 amazing beaches to choose from, with Patong Beach, Kata, Karon, Kamala, Mai Khao, and Rawai as the most popular ones but the north of the island reveals some hidden gems for travelers searching for a more romantic atmosphere. Aside from visiting the fantastic attractions that it offers, one can take an exhilarating speedboat trip to the many nearby tropical islands, including the famous Koh Phi Phi, or enjoy a serene cruise around the mystical Phang Nga Bay in the north and Krabi in the east. Phuket has a large Chinese influence, so you will see many Chinese shrines and Chinese restaurants around the city. While the Chinese community is quite big, there are many other ethnicities bringing all their traditions and festivals from all over the world to Phuket.
Samui
Koh Samui (Samui Island) in the Gulf of Thailand, off the east coast of the Kra Isthmus, is Thailand’s second-largest island in the South. It is known for its palm-fringed beaches, coconut groves, dense and mountainous rainforest, and luxury resorts and posh spas. A cosmopolitan melting pot, it attracts the wealthiest holidaymakers dropping in for a weekend at one of the many luxury resorts or villas on the many white-sand beaches as well as budget travelers staying for a month in simple beachside bungalows. From the hustle and bustle of Chaweng Beach to the lively yet relaxed atmosphere of Lamai Beach to the timeless feel of Bophut’s Fisherman’s Village to the tropical beach paradise of Maenam, Koh Samui is unique among Thailand’s islands in maintaining a broad appeal for everyone.
Chiang Mai
Chiang Mai is a province in mountainous northern Thailand with colorful hill tribes, an abundance of elaborate Buddhist temples, including 14th-century Wat Phra Singh, and the 15th-century Wat Chedi Luang, adorned with carved serpents. Located 700 km (435 miles) and an hour flight from Bangkok, it was founded in 1296 as the capital of the ancient Lanna Kingdom until 1558. It’s Old City area still retains vestiges of walls and moats from its history as a cultural and religious center. Today it is a place where past and the present seamlessly merge with modern buildings, luxury resorts, and various hotel types. There are plenty of activities that one can indulge in, from a relaxing Thai massage to cooking courses, extreme adventures, a visit to hill tribe villages, and others. One will be pleased with the variety of handicrafts, antiques, choices of dining venues, and lively nightlife, fresh vegetables, and fruits that are grown by the locals.
